ubuntu_ltp_controllers testcase memcontrol03 fails on impish/jammy

The testcase memcontrol03 from ubuntu_ltp_controllers is failing on ext3 with the 5.13 and 5.15 kernels with the following error:

This is not a regression as it has been failing before.
