ubuntu_bpf build failed on F-aws-5.13 / F-aws-5.15 (error: attribute 'preserve_access_index' is not supported by '#pragma clang attribute')

Issue found on F-aws-5.13.0-1008.9~20.04.2

Test build failed with:

This issue can be found with F-aws-5.15.0-1021.25~20.04.1 after the ubuntu_bpf build issue in bug 1980517 has been fixed.

This issue can be solved with clang13, will make a patch for this.
