Bug Description
We used to have a bug for this issue, see bug 1905396
The solution is to use systemd to skip this test on Microsoft Hyper-V instances
However this is not working on Trusty.
Checking for required user/group ids
'nobody' user id and group found.
'bin' user id and group found.
'daemon' user id and group found.
Users group found.
Sys group found.
Required users/groups exist.
no big block device was specified on commandline.
Tests which require a big block device are disabled.
You can specify it with option -z

After discussed with krzk, it's not worth it to implement virt-detection for this.
Let's use this bug to hint this failure.

BTW it seems this is only happening on Standard_A2_v2
