Bug Description

This is not a regression, found these issues when testing the latest ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests code. Specific to ARM64 as these are test cases for ARM64.

It looks like these tests will timeout on waiting user input:
  Now migrate the VM, then press a key to continue...

From the source code arm/gic.c there is a getchar() there to catch input:
  do_migrate:
    puts("Now migrate the VM, then press a key to continue...\n");
    (void)getchar();
    report_info("Migration complete");
    if (test_skipped)
  ....

Tried to run this manually on an ARM64 node with "sudo ./tests/its-migration, but it's not taking my input.

Not sure what's the expected behaviour here. I got the "</dev/null" above removed but it's still not taking any input.
