ubuntu-kvm-unit-test/vmx: vmx_hlt_with_rvi_test times out

The vmx suite times out on rumford in vmx_hlt_with_rvi_test.

This is old hardware but possibly used for testing for the first time. Tentatively I would say some CPU/BIOS/microcode issue.

When discussing this I realized that actually we have a parallel run on grumman which did not show any of the issues that were added for rumford. So this is very likely just related to the hw and we probably can just keep / add hints for the host.
