Node kili seems not working with Bionic deployment

Bug Description
Node kili in our bare meta maas works with:
* X
* X-fips
* F
* F-fips
But it does not work with Bionic
* B
* B-fips
* B-oem
* B-hwe-5.4
Looks like the Bionic deployment never worked on it.
We should investigate to see if it's not supported, if it's because this is not supported instead of a bug, we can blacklist Bionic on this node.
