Bug Description

There are several test failures that related to the module extra package for B-hwe-5.0 SRU testing on CKCT with GKE cloud:
  * ubuntu_quota_smoke_test
  * ubuntu_zram_smoke_test
  * quota related tests in ubuntu_ltp_syscalls

This can be solved with:
  1. Add code to CKCT to install the module extra package
  2. Add dependency to the kernel meta package to include this package.

<smb> PHLin, the gkeop-5.0 is based on virtual definitions, there the full kernel does not include extra modules
<PHLin> smb, yes that's the package we need to install for some tests
<PHLin> smb, so it sounds we need to fix this in the test framework?
<smb> PHLin, Yeah, maybe in a similar way that adt does. They always would also try install modules-extra but if that fail do not treat this as fatal
