With RT resolved, test passed on x / X-hwe ARM64 / PowerPC, but it's still failing with Bionic.

Since we're using different way to test it from Bionic, that will need to be investigated.

looking at this failure during metal review, it would appear that powerpc lab would need to be added to the RT as this machine is on a different network.

I updated RT requesting this change. RT #124422

This needs to be fixed, looks like it affects all systems in the enablement lab.
