Bug Description

If you run the ubuntu_cts_kernel test before the ubuntu_lxc test on Xenial 4.4

The python API test will failed with:
  FAIL: python3: API

  Using image from local cache
  Unpacking the rootfs

You just created an Ubuntu xenial amd64 (20191126_07:42) container.

To enable SSH, run: apt install openssh-server
No default root or user password are set by LXC.

  SUMMARY: pass=38, fail=1, ignored=0

It looks like a test case issue to me, the ubuntu_cts_kernel probably didn't do a good clean up after the test.

It looks like the ubuntu_kernel_selftest will cause this failure on X-4.15 as well.
