Bug Description

Issue found on a DGX server,
it looks like we don't have a "TEST_SERVER" defined on the testing node.

Sam , you stumbled upon some development jobs from last week. due to a necessity to change kernels during the latest round of testing I had to interrupt the jobs and manually switch them to older kernels. This is not something we will be doing usually. so we can ignore this failure as I already have results for our nvidia machine.
