Bug Description

When trying to test P-ESM kernel, the deployment will fail with kernel version not match.

This is caused by the lack of ppa information, and the capability to enable a specific ppa in CKCT.

i believe this could be that the ppa-extras file simply needs to be populated with the correct PPA, if it has changed

We have the ppa-extras updated.

Patch for enabling corresponding series could be found in "lib/target.py: use a corresponding release for private ppas"
