Cannot input a character

You cannot input 「ゑ」 with iBus+Anthy on Ubuntu10.10 even using "ATOK" key bind. "ATOK" key bind itself allows you to input 「ゑ」 by ［Shift］+［へ］, while iBus+Anthy with "ATOK" key bind replys 「を」, although 「ゐ」 can be input correctly by ［Shift］+［ひ］.

すみません、日本語でよかったんですね。無理して英語で報告したので、あらためて日本語で報告します。

Ubuntu10.10でiBus+AnthyをATOKのキーバインドにてかな入力すると、［Shift］+［ひ］で「ゐ」は入力できるのに［Shift］+［へ］で「ゑ」ではなく、「を」が入力されてしまいます。

（英語には「かな入力」の記述が抜けてました。すみません。）
