Bug Description

After a JeOS install, killall is /sbin/killall5 on JeOS.
This makes VMware tool install complain that it cannot find killall (but allows to specify its path)

This can be worked around by installing pcmisc with
sudo aptitude install psmisc

Thanks for the workaround, Peter.

But this still needs to be addressed in the JeOS dist. As of the new release of 8.04.1 in July, this still hasn't been rectified. It seems kind of silly that JeOS is specifically for putting on a virtual machine, but that you can't install VMware Tools on the default installation of JeOS until you install a package that no one could possible guess (a search for "killall" in aptitude finds nothing.)

Could someone please get killall back into the default installation of JeOS?

Thanks
