Missing bootable flag on partition

Bug Description

When creating a disk with a GPT schema, no "bootable" flag is set on any partition. This is problematic in some cases, for example u-boot, relying on the command "part list <interface> <dev> -bootable <varname>" to find the disk to boot on.

The Legacy BIOS bootable attribute needs to be set, see https://elixir.bootlin.com/u-boot/v2016.11/source/doc/README.gpt
