Bug Description
Some of the function signatures and type declarations in snapd have changed that are being used in ubuntu-image. As a result, ubuntu-image will need to have the snapd version updated in go.mod and the API updated in the code. The changes are to the LayoutConstraints struct and the LayoutVolume function
