Bug Description
Releases are completely manual right now, but they should be automated so we don't make mistakes, including:
* Make sure that all changes linked to this release that have a Launchpad bug are mentioned in the d/changelog
* Automate the d/changelog versioning for all supported series
* Use the correct -v option for SRUs
Maybe others over time.

The release script should also fix up the d/changelog for SRUs, specifically rewriting "LP: #123456" to "LP:123456" and ensuring there's an SRU bug named in the changelog.
