Bug Description

When running the test suite on my machine (PL locale) I get test failures in tests test_mbr_image_partition_append and test_mbr_image_partition_tuple_typecode, failing due to locale dependent bits like using ',' instead of '.' as a decimal separator and assuming the 'unknown' string to be used in the sfdisk output.
