Provide example of responsive layout

To provide a way for apps to work on both tablets & phones, we need to add examples that document the best practices:
- alternative widget layout depending on the @media queries
- use of the grid system

Yes indeed. This is the general approach I think. I'd like to have a
chat maybe before the end of the week with Alex and Florian to see if we
can provide general guidelines for CSS designers, and then people can
adapt with those guidelines in mind.
