Bug Description
I have Acer Extensa 5630 laptop with ATI 3650 video card. I installed Ubuntu 11.10, when i open a terminal window and run top i have 30-50% X and compiz CPU usage when i move the window or just the mouse. X doesn't use GPU at all. I tried the open source fglrx driver the AMD driver and the readon driver nothing works the only thing with some resolution was using Option "MigrationHeuri

OK i installed Linux Mint 11 with Gnome 2 everything works fine i am thinking that the Gnome 3 3D interface is the problem
