Cannot switch language or make a screenshot when renaming folder

Bug Description
I am trying to rename folder in nautilus. And I want to type a part of the name in english and another part of the name in russian. I use caps lock to switch languages. And I can't switch language. Also print screen is not working.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open rename folder dialogue
2. Try to switch language (using caps lock) or try to make a screenshot using PrintScreen button
