Bug Description

In gnome-tweaks tools, enable "Pointer Location"

In gnome-terminal, key combinations like shift+ctrl+t, shift+ctrl+= do not work, while ctrl+shift+t/ctrl+shift+= work.

Ctrl+shift+t or shift+ctrl+t work normally in google-chrome.

If "Pointer Location" is disabled, all key combinations work in gnome-terminal and google-chrome.
