copy paste files details mode no paste option

Bug Description
Copy/paste files using pop-up menu. IF the window to paste into is in Details display mode AND there are enough files to fill the window, then the right mouse pop-up window does not show the paste option. (There is no 'blank' space to click on to access the 'paste' files option)
Workaround in most cases is to use grid mode and click in an empty grid location when the pop-up menu shows the paste option as expected.
