Bug Description

I have a notebook-transformer Dell Inspiron 13 5379 2-in-1 which I can use as notebook or as tablet because my notebook have a touchscreen and can twist the screen 360 degrees. Ubuntu Gnome supports using by touch screen but it has some bugs and discomforts when I use touch screen.
I use Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and GNOME 3.28.1.
First bug is really simple but annoying. The "All applications" button doesn't work by tapping. The screen with all applications opens and immediately closes. You can't use it but it works by swiping to right from button that's really strange.
Second bug is really serious and annoying. The screen keyboard works incorrectly. It doesn't opens always when the physical keyboard is folded back and is blocked (it doesn't work, the os knows how to detect this event) and I really need it and opens when the physical keyboard is not folded back and I print by physical keyboard.
I think it's not really bug, because the number of such computers isn't big. I suppose to fix it.
Thirstly GNOME doesn't support autoration of screen but I could add this function by myself by bash-script.
Finally, sometimes GNOME shell freezes after I start using touchscreen and the debugger supposes to restart computer. What problem can it be?
How can I fix these bugs? I suppose to pay attention of supporting notebook-transformers in next updates.
