Bug Description
I am running 17.10 gnome flavor. I have 4K display and if I place Skype or Slack (just example, I have not tested more) to start up on gnome login; the are very tiny, suitable for 1920 resolution. If start them manually after gnome is initialized they adopt correct zoom for 4K display.
