~/.config/dconf/user was owned by root

Bug Description

After the upgrade 17.04 to 17.10, I couldn't change most of the 'settings' of the Gnome GUI. It was solved by changing my (homedir!) 'user' file in ~/.config/dconf/user:

sudo chown lve.lve .config/dconf/user
