Bug Description

The Mouse & Touchpad settings are missing major elements most importantly the "Tap to Click".

Attached below are two screenshots of the settings on Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 (GNOME Shell 3.18.5) and 17.04.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what specific issue you are experiencing. Is is that your 17.04 has more settings than 16.04?

Sorry I didn't make it clear enough. The attachments already include the OS release. In short, Ubuntu 17.04 has more mouse options than the 16.04.

On a related note, there's another touchpad-related bug. Clicking and hold to highlight a word and attempting to scroll to further select several lines doesn't work. More specifically, scrolling doesn't work when holding the button after having made a highlight.

Should I submit this as a new bug?

Also, is it better to submit such bugs to Ubuntu or here is the right place?
