Bug Description
I'm running Ubuntu Gnome 17.04 fully updated. The default power management system has no way to control whether or not the system sleeps based on whether or not the system is plugged in, which is a major issue for people docking their laptops to a larger monitor (because when you do this, shutting the laptop without it sleeping is desirable, but having the laptop sleep with being docked/plugged in is a problem).
