network-manager Down after Laptop Suspend mode

I installed Ubuntu Gnome 16.10 in Dell XPS-13 (9350)

network-manager does not function properly when latop re-opened.(can't use network. but IP address is still allocated.) After executing the following command, the network runs again. "sudo service network-manager restart"
