natural scroll doesn't work

Bug Description

After added:
ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3

and updated to gnome 3.20, even if I change the option for natural scrolling (under mouse & touchpad) it doesn't affect the behaviour of the scrolling.

In my case the "natural scrolling" options are disappeared.
