Bug Description

I have recently noticed that when moving items into the Wastebasket, at no time will the little icon become red in Nautilus as it normally would when the Wastebasket is not empty.

This issue first occurred when I was using the Numix theme, but the issue is also present with the Adwaita theme, so it's probably theme independent.

Yes, but this issue still affects me on my systems running Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 with GNOME 3.18, it is only on my 3.20 ones that the issue appears to have gone away.
