Bug Description

As everything else is more or less built-into the GNOME Control Center it would be really good if the Software Updater was replaced with a built-in one which is built-into the GNOME Control Center. I am running Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 with GNOME 3.18.

The updater in g-c-c is not really feature complete compared to the Software updater. In fact upstream have removed it entirely in favour of handling updates via gnome-software (which we don't yet have but should for 16.04). However I guess we could re-wire the update button in g-c-c to launch software updater or so.

The features requests like that make more sense upstream, Ubuntu isn't going to add that in a distribution specific way
