Jumbled Graphics when using ThinkPad x201 on docking station.

Overview:
I have installed, from a fresh install, Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 64bit. Everything is working great apart from when I sit the laptop in its docking station. I output to a HDTV over a console to HDMI port. This worked perfectly on the previous release. The graphics in system details is showing as: "Intel® Ironlake Mobile" Looking up online the laptop is running on the "Integrated Intel HD graphics in QM57". Graphics are working perfect on the laptop display, only when outputting through the docking station. I have attached a hardware report, this seems to list the majority of my hardware configuration.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Attempted Fixes:
Enabled additional drivers:
1) "Using Processor microcode firmware for Intel CPUs from intel-microcode (proprietary)"
2) Tried various HDMI cables in case of faulty cable.
3) Tried at different screen resolutions.
4) Booted laptop whilst in the dock.
All the above lead to jumbled graphics.

I have just changed HDD in the laptop and completed a fresh in stall of 15.04 64bit and this is working perfect with no issues. I have kept the other drive I can load this back in to the laptop should I need to. Thanks.
