Bug Description
When shutting down or rebooting the system either through interface or console it hangs on "Synchronizing SCSI cache" and "Stopping disk" following it. I am not able to switch console or reboot by ctrl+alt+del. I can only shutdown or restart by hardware buttons.

It may be the same thing causing this:
When trying to suspend (using either keyboard suspend key or suspend shell extesnion) computer is stuck in the same manner (but instead of synchronizing scsi cache i can see "Suspending console(s). Use no_console_suspend to debug"), except I can switch consoles witch ctrl+alt+F[x], though they are useless, since it only shows blinking
