Bug Description

As per subject.

To reproduce:

- Launch Nautilus from the dash and its placement will be in the top left (see window.png)
- Delete a file from Nautilius and the dialogue box will be in the top left (see dialogue-box.png)
- Context menu options as well (see context-menu.png and context-menu-maximized-window.png)
- Apport also place in top left corner.

This only seems to be a problem with an existing home directory coming from 14.10 with staging PPA. A new user account does not behave this way. Apport does not run and show previous crashes to submit, but a the new user account is greeted with about 20 apport dialogue boxes (I triggered the crashes below three times).

Additional to above, this also causes gdm to crash if the window close button is used or if a dialogue box is confirming termination of an app.
