Enable gnome-shell search provider

gnome-terminal needs a build-dep on gnome-shell to build the search provider but this is only to get a copy of the search provider dbus interface xml file. So instead we can provide a local copy of this file and avoid the build-dep on shell.

'kay, I merged it. I dropped your changes in favour of using Debian's way of installing (into gnome-terminal instead of -data for some reason; take that up there if you want to). Waiting for Lars to figure out an issue with colours before we can upload this-it's also the bump to 3.14.
