Bug Description

After editing the Gnome menu with MenuLibre, a file was created and prevented GDM from starting Gnome-Shell or Gnome-Session
/home/USER/.config/menus/gnome-applications.menu

After several minutes I found out, that I'm able to logon with a new user account so I deleted my home foolder by folder.
After deleting the affected gnome-applications.menu I was able to start my Gnome Session from startx and GDM.

I attached the "gnome-applications.menu" for testing purposes.
