Funky displayconfig package in ppa's

Bug Description

There's something fishy about the displayconfig package in the ppa's.
In stable as well as staging there's "displayconfig 3.10.2-0ubuntu1~trusty1", but if you apply the Trusty filter it is not listed. The result is the package appearing in the "local or obsolete" section of Synaptic.

Is the package still needed for Trusty?
