Bug Description

When resuming from suspend, wireless doesn't attempt to reconnect on some secured networks. It's necessary to click the wireless icon in the upper right corner, choose the previous network, correct network, and click connect manually.

Under network settings, both "Automatically connect to this network when it is available" and "All users may connect to this network" are selected. Security and authentication (not sure if this is relevant) are WPA/WPA2 Enterprise and PEAP, respectively. Inner auth is MSCHAPv2. Also, "Ask for password every time" is not selected, but the password prompt reappears every time when manually reconnecting.

I had thought this could be related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=982429 (I experienced something similar in 13.10), but now there isn't even an automatic password prompt until I tell it to reconnect.

This is on a Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop, running Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.
