can't move nautilus windows from title bar

On trusty + gnome3-team PPAs, I can't move nautilus windows by clicking and dragging on the titlebar. other apps that use the new title bar menu (gedit, file-roller, etc) seem fine, but need to alt+click or right click -> move in order to move nautilus windows
