Bug Description

Composed an email using Thunderbird and attached a jpeg file from the desktop. Sent the email (which was successful) and during the saving of the message to the Sent folder (imap) the jpeg file was moved into a different directory using the cut and paste facility. Shortly after pasting the gnome shell became unresponsive. Eventually an error was reported and the screen returned with all the apps intact.
