Bug Description

Nautilus 3.10 has a couple of theming issues when running under ubuntu themes. This basically due to nautilus using a non-standard implementation of its header bar, but still using the GtkHeaderBar styling. I have added a patch to override these css properties.

Second patch is also included to bring back titlebars and remove the CSD close buttons for non-GNOME sessions.

There is one final issue with the pathbar button (home etc) having a square left edge. This however seems to be a bug in the ubuntu themes, so should be fixed there.
