Session support is broken

Bug Description

In 3.8, gnome-terminal saved session information in ~/.config/gnome-session/saved-session, and restarted after logging out and back in. In 3.10, it no longer does; other apps continue to work fine.

(I am using the Ubuntu-specific workaround GNOME_SESSION_SAVE environment variable set to yes in order to get session support.)

Session support has been unsupported in Ubuntu for a few years now, since it never worked properly anyway.

gnome-terminal removed session code from 3.8, in favour of using gtk api's however they don't yet support saving sessions.

Changed in ubuntu-gnome:

Session support has always worked fine for me (modulo having to activate it via GNOME_SESSION_SAVE).

Thanks for the explanation.
