Bug Description
Mobile broadband connection is not available when I plug in a usb modem.
Also, when I disconnect from the wifi, and turn it off, the hotspot is already on.
To reproduce this, connect to a wifi, disconnect from it; then turn of the wifi;
close the network applet. open the network applet again. go to the wifi tab, I see that the hotspot is already on, even though it is not broadcasting.
