Evolution language does not follow system configuration

Bug Description

After installing Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 in French, it appears that evolution still has menus in english.
Every other menus are correctly translated in french except for this software.
Nothing much to say here.

It is probably a problem of file naming that can be corrected this way:

cd /usr/share/locale-langpack/fr/LC_MESSAGES
sudo ln -s evolution-3.6.mo evolution-3.8.mo
sudo ln -s evolution-data-server-3.6.mo evolution-data-server-3.8.mo
