syncing of input sources to accounts services is broken

Bug #1225785 reported by Tim Lunn on 2013-09-15

Ubuntu GNOME
gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

There is a g_variant type mismatch in the patches that sync input-sources to accountsservice

(gnome-settings-daemon:6777): AccountsService-CRITICAL **: act_user_set_input_sources: assertion 'g_variant_is_of_type (sources, G_VARIANT_TYPE ("aa{ss}"))' failed

org.gnome.desktop.input-sources sources is actually of type "a(ss)"

As far as I can tell this syncing would have never worked.
