I'd like to see Polari IRC in the Staging PPA for Gnome 3.
Its actually already part of the GNOME project, and can be found here: http://
Actually, its currently sort of buggy, but if we/I can already introduce a packaging infrastructure for it, it is easier to package in future versions.

I got it to build on my Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 installation with the gnome3 and gnome3-staging ppa's installed
