Bug Description

ubuntu-geoip polls Canonical servers far more frequently then it probably needs to:
* GeoIP is polled on connect
*Seems to poll sometimes multiple times in an hour

Seems reasonable to me. Right now it scales back based on non-change. But the minimum time is 15 seconds.

Ah, no. I was wrong. I'm going to mark this as invalid, because at closer inspection it only polls at startup or when the connection changes unless there is an error. If it gets a bad response from the server it'll try again, and then progressively back off. Which makes sense to me.
