Bug Description
We need an "What it is" page in the UF site, explaining a bit what the programme is about.
Things to include:
* A very brief explanation of the programme, the aim of it and a link to how to participate
* An explanation of the scoring and that people can repeat the testing if they made a mistake
* How to report bugs
* A disclaimer that Ubuntu Friendly will be in BETA until the release of 12.04 LTS
