Initramfs unpackaging failed and i screw up

Bug Description
Hi,
I screwed up i think.
It said "initramfs unpackaging failed" so i started looking for solution on web.
some said try sudo update-initramfs -u
Didn't work
Then i tried fdck -y /dev/sdb5
That said "force overwrite yes?"
i said yes... I think that was a bad idea.
now i get infinite

Doing it over and over...
shall i throw the computer through the window?
