Bug Description

In Ubuntu:
1. At a terminal, enter this line:
pango-view --font="Ubuntu 24" --markup --text='<span fallback="false">ĀĪĒŌŪ</span>'

When the glyphs get aliased, the macron is fractionally higher for the ŌŪ than for the ĀĪĒ.

This is still a problem in 0.80, though it has changed slightly since originally reported.
